OFPA's Publication ... The Prophylaxis!
Phophylaxis is published four times a year for the benefit of members of the Ontario Food Protection Association (OFPA). Included in the Prophylaxis are items of interest to members of the food and beverage industry, food laboratories, suppliers, regulatory agencies, independent consultants and other food safety professionals.
Items include reprints and summaries of recently published reports and news, business and individual profiles, list of events and learning opportunities and links to other sources of information.
